Political representatives, practitioners and experts from Hauts-de-France, North Rhine-Westphalia and Silesia will discuss the role of European regions in developing the skills needed to match the challenges of the green transition. What is necessary to support green transition pioneers and how can regions promote their talents? The focus of the event will be on the battery industry, taking into account the post-industrial experiences shared by all three regions. Panellists from the public and private sectors will present their individual approaches, instruments and regional strategies for training and upskilling to meet the challenges of the green transition.
