Germany has taken a bold step: The new Commercial Court in Düsseldorf now allows complex international business disputes to be heard in English – before experienced judges, with rulings directly enforceable across the EU.

In today’s business environment, where the rule of law is not only a principle but a vital prerequisite for economic growth and investment, discover how Commercial Courts and Arbitration Tribunals provide the foundations for a stable and thriving economy. Uncover the key steps needed to foster trust and ensure long-term stability.

Our event will host judges, lawyers, and in-house counsel to shape the future of dispute resolution.
